These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of products through the 915 Kiwis website (915kiwis.com), online store, or other authorized sales channels, operated by 915 Kiwis Enterprises ("915 Kiwis," "we," "us," or "our").
By placing an order with 915 Kiwis, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Products
915 Kiwis sells building and cabinet materials, including:
● Melamine particle board panels
● Gloss and Super Matte PET MDF panels
● PVC edge banding
● Acoustic wall panels
● Cabinet hardware and accessories (hinges, drawer slides, adjustable legs, closet rod

Specific product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may vary by item and are subject to change.
2. Product Information and Specifications
915 Kiwis makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, and specifications accurate. Actual materials may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting, screen display settings, and natural variation between production batches.
Customer agrees that all specifications included in a quote or order (sizes, quantities, colors, options) have been reviewed and confirmed correct before the order is placed. It is the Customer's responsibility to confirm a product is suitable for its intended use before purchase, fabrication, or installation.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable taxes, freight, or installation charges. The price confirmed at the time an order is accepted by 915 Kiwis is the price that applies to that order.
915 Kiwis reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel an order affected by such an error.
4. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products, which is not considered accepted until confirmed by 915 Kiwis.
915 Kiwis reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons.
For standard, in-stock items, cancellation requests are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, or once an order has entered processing, no cancellations or changes to sizes, quantities, colors, or other specifications can be made. Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once placed, per Section 9. If an order is cancelled by 915 Kiwis after payment has been received, any applicable refund will follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be received or authorized before an order is processed, unless different terms have been approved in writing for an established commercial account. Customers are responsible forproviding accurate billing information. 915 Kiwis reserves the right to delay processing until payment is verified.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be applied when required by law. Customers claiming tax-exempt status (for example, purchasing for resale) must provide valid, current exemption or resale documentation before tax-exempt treatment can be applied.
7. Shipping and Delivery
● Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order weight/size, using the most
economical method available unless otherwise requested.
● Some products (panels, palletized, or bulk orders) ship via freight/LTL carrier. Freight
delivery is prepaid to curbside only; if the Customer requests the driver's assistance
unloading, additional charges may be billed directly by the carrier.
● At the time of delivery, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery
receipt/waybill before signing. If the shipment cannot be fully inspected at the time of delivery, the receipt should be signed "subject to inspection for concealed damage."
● Any visible shipping damage must be reported to 915 Kiwis, with photos, within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported as soon as it is discovered.
● Any claim for a shipping error (incorrect or missing items) must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
● Neither 915 Kiwis nor the carrier is responsible for damage or shipping errors not reported within these timeframes.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Manufacturing Defects
Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Custom or special-order materials are final sale unless defective. Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 15 days of delivery. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for additional details.
9. Custom and Special-Order Products
Custom, customized, or special-order products may be subject to additional terms communicated before purchase. Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving dimensions, specifications, colors, and quantities before the order is placed. Once an order has been placed with the supplier, it is subject to the cancellation restrictions in Section 4 above.
10. Product Warranty
Products may be covered by the applicable Product Warranty Terms provided by 915 Kiwis or the product manufacturer. Unless stated otherwise, warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects only, and does not cover damage from improper installation, handling, storage, misuse, or environmental conditions outside the product's intended application. Review our Product Warranty Terms before installing any product.
11. Installation and Product Use
915 Kiwis may provide general product information or recommendations regarding use or installation. This information does not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or installation advice. Customers and their contractors are responsible for confirming a product is appropriate for their specific application and for installing it in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable building codes. 915 Kiwis is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or storage after delivery.
12. Samples and Material Variation
Samples are provided to help evaluate color, texture, and finish, and are representative only, they may not exactly match the final production material due to manufacturing variation between batches. Natural or manufactured variation within normal production tolerances is not considered a defect.
13. Third-Party Manufacturers
Some products sold by 915 Kiwis are manufactured by third-party suppliers. Manufacturer specifications, warranties, and limitations may apply in addition to these Terms.
