Shipping policy

Processing Time
Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 2 business days of purchase. If your order includes custom cutting, milling, or special handling, additional processing time may be required, we'll let you know if this applies to your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information where available.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the product and order size, your order will ship using one of the following methods:
Parcel (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Used for smaller items such as hardware, hinges, drawer slides, cabinet legs, and edge banding rolls.
LTL Freight: Used for palletized or bulk orders such as melamine, PET MDF, and acoustic panels. Freight delivery is prepaid to curbside only; unloading is the customer's responsibility unless liftgate service is requested (see Additional Freight Charges below).
Local Pickup: Available at our El Paso, TX warehouse for customers who prefer to pick up their order directly. Please allow 2 hours after placing your order for it to be ready; we'll email you when it's available for pickup.
Additional Freight Charges
LTL freight pricing depends on the delivery location and any special requirements. Additional
charges may apply for:
● Residential delivery (including a business operated out of a residence).
● Liftgate service — required when the delivery address has no loading dock.
● Limited access locations — sites requiring special instructions, gate codes, or that a
standard freight truck cannot easily access.
● Delivery appointment/notification — required when a scheduled delivery time or notice prior to arrival is needed.
These charges are calculated at checkout based on the information provided for your delivery address. Please make sure your shipping details are accurate to avoid additional fees or delays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to an address within Texas, unless you provide us with a valid, signed tax exemption or resale certificate.
Delivery Inspection and Damage
Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing, and reported to us with photos as soon as possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on damage claims and reporting timeframes.
Returns of Freight-Shipped Orders
If you need to return an order that was shipped via LTL freight (other than defective material), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
